Problems:
- Our client was training its field service engineers using conventional in-person training methods that were rigid and non-scalable
- As their team grew, they required a more flexible & scalable solution that would enable them to execute training across different time zones and modify content without any restriction
Solution:
Innover helped the client design a robust, round-the-clock training module, developed specifically for field service engineers.
- Employed our Interactive eLearning Content Development Framework to gather, analyze, script and divide the content into modules. Further, developed prototypes to demonstrate how the modules will function and look like, embedded audio and rolled out custom courses at speed and scale
- Enabled built-in interactive assessments/quizzes to test preparedness and effectiveness
- Deployed learning solution to Innover’s cloud Learning Management System (LMS) for continuous access to course material
- Co-designed a certification test with client’s Learning & Development teams to provide credibility and ensure retention of learnings
