Job Description
Innover is looking for a seasoned and dynamic professional with 8+ years of experience in developing and managing Partner Management programs. This person will be responsible for building strong partner relationships with leading technology companies and driving high impact joint go-to market activities to drive revenue and business growth for Innover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Partner Management initiatives at Innover with responsibility to build and nurture relationships with key strategic partners in US.
- Design and execute marketing strategies that are aligned to growth of each partner relationship and tiers and our elevation in their ecosystem.
- Joint Sales programs to generate partner specific pipeline and revenue for Innover
- Create quarterly and annual partner marketing plans that align with overall business goals and budget, utilization of MDF, Partner portal management.
- Develop a deep understanding of Innover’s products and communicate independently with Partner teams to build interest and traction, create presentation material, pitches etc
- Collaborate with marketing team for development of joint marketing collaterals, webinars, email campaigns and other lead enablement activities.
- Manage partner relations from India office in close co-ordination with US sales team
- Plan and organize online and offline events, webinars etc. to drive awareness around our solutions.
- Provide account and market intelligence to extend our offerings with existing clients and penetrate into new accounts.
Education:
Graduate/MBA
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in managing Partner Management initiatives in the B2B technology industry.
- Previous experience in managing Partner Relationship with Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, Oracle or other similar technology companies in US market will be preferred for this role
- Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency including Cloud, Data, Analytics and other technologies
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources
- Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders
- Be a great team player – willing to jump in and help others, take on new responsibilities
